The Steel Pipe Handbook is a portable resource containing essential information for industry professionals such as pipe purchasers, manufacturers, inspectors, fabricators, and engineers. It includes steel pipe charts for wall thickness (inch & mm) and pipe mass (lb/ft and kg/m) based on ASME B36.10M standards, as well as casing and tubing charts from API 5CT.
This comprehensive tool enables quick conversions between different units such as feet, meters, pounds, kilograms, CWT, net tons, and metric tonnes for any pipe size. It allows users to compare pipe costs in various metrics ($/ft, $/m, $/lb, etc.) for informed decision-making.
Additionally, users can utilize the app to generate quotes for pipe sales and send customized PDFs to customers directly. The handbook provides information on various pipe specifications (ASTM, CSA, API, NACE), mechanical conversions for strength and toughness, and features a calculator for Carbon Equivalents.
